Next Day Delivery
Orders placed before 13:00, Monday to Thursday are normally delivered the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday before 13:00 are normally delivered the following Monday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be normally be delivered on the following Tuesday.
Important note: We are proud of our reliable next day service but on very rare occasions, due to circumstance beyond our control, the target delivery date may delayed and so the above target dates cannot be absolutely guaranteed. Under these circumstances we will endeavour to contact you beforehand.
Orders Under 50kg
Your order will be delivered by APC parcel service in a carton.
We always use a Next Day service. A signature will be required on delivery.
Orders Over 50kg
Your order will be delivered via the Palletways network. These will always be on a pallet of various sizes.
We always use a Next Day service. There must be access for the Palletways lorry which is slightly larger than an average bin lorry. Again a signature will be required.
