Free Delivery on Orders Over £500 and on Samples *
Delivery £80.00 (£96.00 inc. V.A.T.) for orders under £500 *
* English & Welsh mainland Counties only, if you order from outside this area you will be contacted to advise you of the extra charges. In order to qualify for free delivery, the value of the order after applying any applicable discounts, but excluding VAT, must be at least £500. Minimum order is 1/2 Square Metre.
* Small accessories ship at a discount shipping charge of £9.95 (order value up to £49.99) or £19.95 (order value £50 and over). These only apply if the order contains accessories, otherwise the standard delivery charges above apply.

Important Note About Deliveries
Please note that most 3rd party couriers, like the ones we use, will only deliver to your door or gate. It is your responsibility to arrange to move the items from the point of drop. For instance, couriers are not insured to take items up to your flat if you live in a block of flats. Please bear in mind that these are heavy items so please take care when moving them.
Orders placed before 13:00, Monday to Friday, are usually despatched the same afternoon to arrive within 2 to 3 working days but this is not guaranteed. Deliveries may take longer during busy periods or public holidays. Deliveries can take a little longer to Scotland and the South East and to the more remote parts of the UK.
Our carriers deliver during normal working hours, Monday to Friday. For special requirements, eg. Saturday or evening delivery please ring 0845 217 2880. Such arrangements usually incur an extra charge.
Please advise if there are any restrictions on deliveries at your location, eg. difficult access, parking restrictions, Red Routes/No Parking, timed delivery slots, etc. Unfortunately if you do not advise us of such restrictions the planned delivery may be delayed or missed.
Important note: We are proud of our reliable service but on rare occasions, due to circumstance beyond our control, the target delivery date may delayed. Under these circumstances we will endeavour to contact you beforehand.
Our carriers use delivery tracking systems so it is important for you to supply an accurate mobile phone number and email address so they can keep you informed about deliveries.

Orders Under 50kg and Premium Sample packs
Your order will be delivered by DPD parcel service in a carton. We use DPD Next Day service for small orders. A signature will be required on delivery.
Orders Over 50kg
Your order will be delivered via the Palletways network. These will always be on a pallet of various sizes. We always use a Express service. There must be access for the Palletways lorry which is slightly larger than an average bin lorry. Again a signature will be required.
If you return goods because you have changed your mind there is a collection charge, unless you make arrangements to return them yourself. See full terms and conditions. Call us to arrange collection.
